Given that they figured out a fix for the T3 issue, hopefully it would be relatively fast and painless to put the fix in for CQ as well? Whom should we lobby at CCP to find out if this fix can be made?

Try this: Run winecfg
Go to the "libraries" tab
Find mscvr100 in the list, or, if it's not there, find it in the "New override for library" dropdown.
Make sure that the override for this library is "builtin, native"

4. Inventory change location mouse hover time - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I second the motion. It drives me nuts that when I'm moving stuff around, if I hesitate just the slightest amount of time to make sure I'm dropping stuff in the right cannister the inventory changes to that cannister.

5. P1 -> P4 on one planet? Possible? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
I do this. I'm not convinced it's worth it. I have a "production planet" with three spaceports and one storage facility. Two of the spaceports are to hold imported P1 components, and the third spaceport is my output spaceport for the produced P4....
